We currently have touch screens at all branch sites, these are designed to let our patients book in for their appointments automatically without having to queue at the reception desk.

The patient simply touches the screen a few times to choose their gender and date of birth. The system then matches the patient to any appointment booked within a time window set by us. The patient is then marked as arrived on our appointment system and instructed where to wait. If you are late for your appointment the screen will ask you to go to reception. Also if there is a problem with your appointment, such as you have arrived at the wrong site, again you will be asked to go to reception.
