Early Morning/Evening Routine Appointments

Ideally suited for those who work full time, we offer early morning (from 7.30am) and evening (up to 7.20pm) routine GP appointments 3 days a week (Monday/Tuesday & Wednesday). We also have some availability with our nursing team during these times.

GP Telephone Consultations

We offer telephone appointments within each routine GP surgery, your receptionist would be able to advise you if your condition would be suitable for a routine telephone slot.

Routine (non-urgent) messages can be left for clinical staff with reception and you would usually expect a response within 2 working days.

Urgent (Acute) Care Service within the Practice

Our Urgent (Acute) Care Service runs alongside our routine GP service. This service is covered by both GPs and Nurse Practitioners. Unfortunately we are unable to deal with ongoing issues within the Urgent Care Service however we have the opportunity to deal quickly and effectively with patients with acute problems.

In order for our receptionist to be able to direct you to the most appropriate clinicians, they may need to ask you for details of your acute medical condition. All information given to our reception or clinical team will be treated in confidence.
